Falls Township complies with Act 3 of 2008, granting public access to qualifying municipal records.
1. Open-Records Officer

2. Submit a Request
- Complete the Commonwealth Standard RTKL Request Form or clearly state “This is a request under the Pennsylvania Right-To-Know Law.”
- Deliver the signed request by mail, fax, e-mail, or in person to the Officer above.
3. Township Response
- Written response within 5 business days.
- Extension notice (≤ 30 calendar days) issued when allowed by § 67.902.
- No response by the deadline = deemed denial.
4. Fees
- B/W copies: $0.25 page
- Fax copies: $0.50 page
- Certification: $2.00 document
- Electronic media (USB/CD): actual cost
- Postage: actual USPS rate
Pre-payment required when estimated cost > $100 (checks payable to “Falls Township”).
5. Appeals
If denied or deemed denied, appeal within 15 business days to:
